The maths is the product
Divers plan their decompression stops around a model of how gas dissolves into and out of the body. Get it wrong and people get hurt, so the planner has to be right, every time.
- The full Bühlmann ZHL-16C model with gradient factors, the dissolved gas model used in technical diving
- All 16 tissue compartments worked out at every step of the descent, the bottom time and the ascent
- Air, nitrox, trimix and closed-circuit rebreather dives, with deco gas switches
- Altitude, for dives in mountain lakes
- Several days of diving, with tissue loading carried from one dive to the next
- A profile for each diver, with their own gas use and conservatism
Private by design
Bubble Deco does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account to create and nothing is sent to a server. Every plan is worked out on the phone. Read the privacy policy
Why we built it
Bubble Deco is safety-critical maths, done carefully and run on the device, and published and maintained in the app stores by us. It is the same work we do for clients, from the engine underneath to the store listing on top.
