This policy explains what information the IceBubble website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Icebubble Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07099115. Registered office: Merlin Drive, Auckley, Doncaster, DN9 3FS. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB188800.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply. Messages are stored in IceBubble CRM, our own system, and emailed to our team through SendGrid. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam, which checks your browser without setting tracking cookies.
  • Booking a call. If you book a call through the booking calendar, the details you enter and the time you choose are stored in IceBubble CRM so the call happens.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can deal with your enquiry.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not collect personal information.

The website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. See our cookie statement.

How we use your information

Only to reply to you, arrange and hold calls you book, and keep a record of our conversations with you. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Where it is stored

The website is served by Cloudflare. Contact form messages are sent to us by email through SendGrid (Twilio). IceBubble CRM, where enquiries and bookings are kept, is hosted in UK data centres.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@icebubble.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
