Invoices go from IceBubble CRM to Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage or FreeAgent without anyone retyping them.

Take deposits and payments by card with Stripe, straight from a quote.
Your AI assistant
An API and an MCP connection let AI assistants such as Claude read and update the CRM, within the permissions you set. Ask which deals have gone quiet, which projects are at risk or which tickets are overdue, and get the answer from your own data.
Email in
Customer emails reach the helpdesk through an address on your own domain, which we set up for you, or by forwarding from Microsoft 365, Google or most other providers.
Email out
Replies, notifications and marketing emails are sent through SendGrid, so they land in inboxes rather than spam folders.
Bringing your data in
Direct imports from HubSpot and Zoho, and Excel or CSV files for everything else.
