    Stages, roles, menus, job plans and forms are configured to match your business before anything is imported.

  3. 3Bring the data across

    HubSpot and Zoho data comes across through a direct connection. Anything else comes in from Excel or CSV files.

  4. 4Check it together

    We check the imported data with you before you rely on it, and fix anything that looks wrong.

  5. 5Train the team and go live

    Your team learn the CRM on their own data. You can run both systems side by side for a short time if that makes the switch easier.

Is the move included in the price?

Importing from HubSpot, Zoho and Excel is included. Cleaning up messy data before it comes across is paid support, and it is usually worth doing.
