The hidden cost of copy and paste
Copying data from one system to another looks harmless: a customer from the CRM to the email tool, an order from the shop to the accounts package. Each one only takes a minute. Add them up across a team and a year and it is a lot of time spent on work nobody needs to do.
It also goes wrong. A typo, a missed line, a record pasted into the wrong place, and the error travels into your reports, your invoices and your decisions.
An integration connects the systems directly, usually through their APIs, so the data moves by itself, checked against your rules, as soon as it changes.

Frequently asked questions
What if a system does not have an API?
Often there is still a way in, such as a scheduled file export, a database connection or a webhook. If there really is no way in, we will tell you, and it may be a sign the system is due for replacement.
Will it keep working when the other system updates?
We monitor the integrations we host, so when a supplier changes something we find out and fix it.
Is there an off-the-shelf option?
Sometimes, yes. Some connections are available ready-made, and if one fits we will help you set it up instead of building one.
