Five tools, or one
Most small teams we talk to are paying for a separate CRM, job system, helpdesk, email marketing tool and holiday spreadsheet, and still typing things in twice. Add up what you pay today, and the time spent copying between them, and compare it with one system that does all of it.

Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices are plus VAT.
How long is the contract?
Plans run for 12 months. Talk to us if you need something different.
Is there a set-up fee?
Set-up and training start from £600, which is one day, depending on your data and how much we need to configure. We agree it with you before you start.
Is moving our data across included?
Importing from HubSpot, Zoho and Excel is included. If your data needs cleaning up first, we can do that as paid support, and it is usually worth it.
What happens when we pass 10 users?
You move to the Growing Teams plan and pay per user from then on.
Can you add something the CRM does not do?
Yes. We are a software house, so bespoke changes are possible. They are priced separately, once we know what you need.
